EDC Celebrated at IEDC Annual Conference The EDC was celebrated on stage at the IEDC Annual Summit for our recent AEDO accreditation. This was a huge honor for the region and marks a significant step as we continue to grow the organization and our impact.  A huge thank you goes out to our board of directors, members, and everyone who assisted with this effort.   While at IEDC, CEO Connie Stopher, was awarded a Foreign Direct Investment Professional (FDIP) Credential, making her the first person in the U.S. to achieve this. The credential is given in partnership between the IEDC and ResearchFDI. This achievement and recognition highlight the EDC's focus and mission to bring more international investment and high-wage jobs to the region.  EDC Annual FAM Tour It's FAM Tour season again! Every year, we bring in Site Selectors who work with global companies to find them the best location for their expansion and relocation. We want Southern Calfornia Wine Country to be top of mind for thier next great project.  Sponsors get coveted tickets to attend the tour and an opportunity to meet each of the Site Selectors to learn directly from them what they're looking for and how our region stacks up.
